1. General Provisions
nbajae ("we", "our", or "platform") is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions apply to the use of all services on the platform.

3. Age Verification and Legal Eligibility

- If underage use is proven, the account will be immediately cancelled and any accumulated funds may be forfeited.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
nbajae supports the most widely used payment methods in Bangladesh. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
4.1 Deposits
- Minimum deposit: ৳100 (for each method).
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

4.2 Withdrawals

- Example: Deposit ৳10,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳5,000, for a total balance of ৳15,000.
- Wagering requirement to withdraw the bonus: 20 times (20x).
- Each player may receive the welcome bonus only once.
5.2 General Rules for Bonus Use
- Before withdrawing bonus funds and winnings from a bonus, the specified wagering requirements must be met.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
- nbajae reserves the right to change or cancel promotional offers at any time.
- In the event of a bonus terms violation, the bonus and associated winnings may be forfeited.
5.3 VIP Program
The nbajae VIP program has four tiers:
- Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.2%.
- Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
- Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.
- Platinum: Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.
Players can gradually move up to higher tiers through gameplay. Each tier provides additional benefits and priority service.
6. Gaming Rules
All games operated on the nbajae platform are run fairly and transparently. Each game has its own rules, which should be read before starting.
6.1 Cricket and Sports Betting
- Betting odds may change over time. The odds at the time the bet is confirmed are final.
- If a match is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
- nbajae will not be liable for lost internet connections during live betting.
- Betting is available for all cricket tournaments including BPL, T20 World Cup, and IPL.
6.2 Slots and Casino Games
- All slot and casino games operate using certified random number generators (RNG).
- If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, nbajae will investigate and provide a resolution.
- If a connection is lost during gameplay, the result stored on the server will be considered final.
6.3 Live Casino
In live casino games, real dealers run the games via live broadcast. The dealer's decision in a live game is final. If a game is cancelled due to a technical issue, all bets will be refunded.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nbajae platform and may result in account cancellation as well as legal action:
- Operating multiple accounts or opening an account in someone else's name.
- Bonus abuse — attempting to withdraw bonus funds in violation of the rules.
